4. Add flower food: Flower food contains nutrients that can help prolong the life of your flowers. You can usually find packets of flower food at your local florist or garden center.

5. Change the water regularly: Change the water in your vase every two to three days. This helps to prevent bacterial growth and keeps the water fresh.

6. Keep the flowers cool: Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts. A cool, shaded area is best.

7. Re-cut the stems: Every time you change the water, re-cut the stems at an angle. This helps the flowers to absorb more water and nutrients.
